Guest Star on the Emmy Award-winning limited TV series. 

Storytime: The audition was a quick turnaround - in this case Casting needed a 3 minute monologue (which were monologues from multiple scenes stitched into one side) shot and submitted in less than 12 hours. Here I took excerpts from my audition that led to 2 of the 7 scenes I shot for the show! It was a challenge but thanks to my theatre background getting off-book was relatively easy!

Fun fact: I was the only character in the show to say "Dopesick" -- Meaning I was the only actor in the entire series to say the name of the series! Watch until the end to see the famous clip that was part of many commercials for the show.

Storytime: It took a week from the end of the 2023 SAG-AFTRA Strike for productions to ramp up and in that time I received this audition, booked it, and was at my Fitting the literal first day back on Set from the Strike. 

Fun fact: notice how my character's attitude and tone in the audition is different from what made it to the final cut. This came in large part of the generous collaborative nature of the production overall, with the Director and my scene partners actively rehearsing to find the right tone and pace before we shot!
